2. What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, business name, email address, and message content.
- Client/payment information: name, email, billing address, and payment details, processed via our payment provider (PayPal). We do not store full card or bank details ourselves.
- Website content you provide us: text, images, and other material you send us to build or update your site.
- Basic technical data: standard hosting/analytics data such as IP address and browser type, used only for security and site performance.

- PayPal — to process payments.
- Cloudflare / GitHub — our hosting and code infrastructure providers.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Client and billing records are kept as long as needed to comply with Luxembourg tax and accounting obligations. Contact form enquiries that don't convert to a client relationship are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
6. Your rights under GDPR
As a resident of the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's data protection authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD).

7. Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: a local storage entry that remembers your cookie preference (accepted or essential-only), so you're not asked again on every visit.
- Payments (PayPal): when you interact with a payment or subscription button, PayPal may set cookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
- Booking (Calendly): opening the booking popup may set cookies used to manage your scheduling session.
- Contact form (Formspree): submitting the contact form may set a cookie used for spam protection.
- Fonts (Google Fonts): this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which involves your browser contacting Google directly; no cookie is set by this on our end, but Google may process your IP address as part of serving the font files.
You can choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner to decline the non-essential cookies described above where technically possible. Declining does not disable PayPal or Calendly's own cookies if you actively choose to use those features, since they are required for those services to function.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
