1. Who we are

NestWebDigital ("we", "us", "our") designs, builds, and hosts websites for small businesses. These Terms apply whenever you purchase a website build or subscribe to our monthly care plan (together, the "Services"). By purchasing a Service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. The two ways you can work with us

2.1 Monthly Care Plan — €60/month

We design and build your website and keep it hosted and online. While your subscription is active, you may request changes to your website — updated text, photos, hours, or menu items — and we will make them as part of your plan.

While subscribed: the website remains hosted and maintained by NestWebDigital as part of the service you're paying for.

If you cancel: your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, hosting and further changes under the plan stop. You may request an export of your website's files and content, provided within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 One-Time Build — €2,000

We design and build your website as a single project. Once delivered and payment is received in full, the website becomes entirely yours. We transfer the files and/or hosting access to you.

We will not make further changes to a one-time build, and we have no ongoing obligation to maintain, update, or host it after delivery, unless you separately purchase our monthly plan or a one-off change request.

3. What's included in a change request (Monthly Plan only)

Reasonable content updates are included — updated text, new photos, price or menu changes, updated hours, or minor layout tweaks. Requests amounting to a substantial redesign or new functionality may be quoted separately. We'll always tell you before starting whether a request falls outside the plan.

4. Payment

Monthly plan payments are billed automatically each month until cancelled. One-time payments are due in full before final delivery, unless a deposit arrangement is agreed in writing. Prices are in euros (€).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly Care Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide refunds for partial months already paid.

6. What we ask of you

You confirm that any content, images, logos, or text you give us to use are either owned by you or you have the right to use them. You're responsible for the accuracy of information published on your site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestWebDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Luxembourg or EU law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
